Durango analysis turns up new option for homeless camp

City eyes state land west of Bodo Industrial Park
The city of Durango is interested in pursuing a land-swap agreement with Colorado Parks and Wildlife for at least 5 to 7 acres west of Bodo Industrial Park to establish a camp for homeless residents. Dozens of homeless residents currently live at the temporary Purple Cliffs site along La Posta Road (County Road 213).
